The Technical PMO brings together the different worlds of Huhtamaki Fiber Technology. The project managers, coordinators and assistants of this department lead all kinds of projects within the organization.
For example, Deployment projects are coordinated by project managers from the Technical PMO. Together they form the Project Execution team and work closely with the Deployment department. Technical PMO also provides project coordinators for R&D projects.
These colleagues also provide organization-wide support in the area of resource planning, logistical support and the design of work processes.
